I`ve been with BT internet for about 2 years,They persuaded me to upgrade to 8 meg broadband,and told me it would only cost me 2 pounds extra per month .however when I got my last bill they had charged me the full price ..24-99 per month, when I complained they said it would be made right and would be deducted from my next bill..unfortunately this is`nt the case and I am being charged the same ...despite 3 E-mails and a conversation on the phone I am being being cut off because I refuse to pay my bill until this is sorted!did BT break the contract and am I in the right!?
