Bt openreach contact number?

Hi i'm trying to get broadband with o2 but they have told me i need to get my openreach details from bt before they can process my order, which has annoyed me a bit. So question basically is anyone know i number i can use to get this information as their email support takes 5 working days to respond and for me that is too long really. Thanks for any help offered.

I ahve an engineer booked for tomorrow afternoon to install new phone line between 13:00 and 18::.  My premises is empty therefore can I be contacted when the engineer is on his way as I am only 10 minutes away at work?

call 0800 800 150 , ask for any operator to connect u r call to wlr billing and services department because they have reference number for the 02 b band
