Bt phone line and internet?

Question

how come when i put phone and internet on i use an extension the phone buzzes when talking but the internet stays good. you can;t hear anyone talking i phoned bt up and they say no problem with it

do u have those microfilter things plugged in right....try moving them

you may need a new phone or call the bt internet team thay my help i had that it was the hub

Are you on Dial up,or Broadband.?My phone did  that when I was supposed to be on Tesco Broadband but after 13 months we were still on Dial up.We checked with BT and were on Broadband with them within 3 days,the problem disappeared.
