  3. I am pretty sure almost all Asian cafe / restaurants on that area sell bubble tea.

    The best is the one in Chinatown (Quickly), that's the biggest and most popular bubble tea company in Asia (originally from  Taiwan).

    Bubble tea is fruit-flavored milk tea with dark 'bubble-like' on the botton (these 'bubbles' taste like gummy bears).
