Bubble wrap keychain or toy?

i saw this video of a guy playing with a bubble wrap keychain invented in japan. how can i buy one? another question is do they sell it in some store? or do i have to purchase online?

you can buy online, for instance http://www.google.com/products?q=bandai+... but I don't think they're available in stores in america, unless you go to an anime store of some sort, and more likely a convention.
