Buccaneers fans any news on josh johnson??

i know were not to far in to training camp but i wanted to see if any one knew if rookie QB josh johnson from san diego was impressing the coaches

and any chance he could beat out brian griese and luke for the #2 spot?

Unless the Bucs keep four quarterbacks, he's going to end up on the practice squad if he clears waivers.  McCown looks to be the quarterback of the future and Gruden wants Griese to be a veteran backup as well so we don't run in to the Gradkowski issue two years ago.  Plus, you still have Chris Simms in the mix.

I'm meeting Jon and the Bucs tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry I haven't heard anything on Josh Johnson. Didn't Garcia just get injured though?? Also, my dancer teacher was the first choeographer and was the one who started the 'Swashbucklers' (the cheerleaders).
