Bucking machine?

can any one tell me if 55 gallon drums used for bucking practice actually work?

It will give you the motion and the balance but is no were the same thing at all. Most of the time it is a way for your friends to try and put you on the ground while drinking a couple beers. They are alot of fun and quite a party addition. put down some straw or old mattresses. the ground is hard unless you build one above a snad pit.
