Buddy's hose was foreclosed on - he was in the process of getting some stuff out (wife and he divorcing, order in place so he couldn't be there at the same time) - property sold and now locks are changed. How can he get his stuff?

  1. I doubt that he can unless he contacts the bank for permission

  2. There should be a notice posted on the door.

Usually he has to contact the County Sheriff for access to the house, or where ever they stored his stuff.    He is not allotted very much time, after which his stuff will be discarded.

He will have to pay the storage fees, including inside the banks house.

  3. he was given a time and date that the house would no longer be his.. so he would have had time to get things out..
