Budget Plan?

Question

I am trying to figure out a budget plan for myself and my boyfriend to buy a patio house. We live in South Carolina and I cant figure how to calculate how much our electricity and water would cost. And I dont know what else to factor in besides house payments, car stuff, electricity, water, and groceries.

cable/phone/internet, cell phone, medical bills, garbage pickup, gas (for house), medical expenses, credit card/loan payments,  clothing budget, entertainment budget, repairs, (some things are more flexible in amount, but money does need to be put aside b/c you will need clothes and house repairs at some point in the year.
