Budget and getting a visa ?

Im fifteen , and i plan on going to Torquay , in England for my next summer , alone. my question is how long does a visa take , ? and what should my budget be , including plane tickets , how long can i stay ?

Plane ticket costs depending where you came from,

Set an appoint for a visa and it is about one month, and

Present a bank book to show that you can finance your trip.
