Yes, Marcian Garden is three minutes from the airport but far from the port which I assume you mean sea port.

There are many lodging houses for transients along San Jose Buenavista area. You may also want to try some pension houses which is walking distance to the port.

Please try Viva Pension House. The rate is about P500 per day.

David's Inn nearby is also cheaper at P200. It is accessible via Chow King Restaurant.
