Preferably soy free (I don't know who may have soy allergies) and it has to be pretty easy as I will only have a few hours to put food together before guests arrive. I was thinking of Baked ziti but that's so common and not very special. Any ideas for a bunch of partying adult omnivores? (I'm the only vegetarian). I was maybe also thinking of doing "heavy appetizers" instead of a meal so ideas for that would be great too!Thanks!
