Budgie Help Please!!!?

I would like to know if there are any reoutable pet stores in V.A, D.C, or M.D where I can buy a young budgie. i have been told to go to breeders, but can find none, they say I shouldnt use pet stores but i need to. So anyone know any? Please help!!

Actually yes at pet stores for example PETSMART or PETCO you can in fact get baby budgies. BUT you need to go to the store in advanced and tell the person who works there that you want to buy a baby and tell them to call you when a budgie has a baby and it is ready to go home.

My friend did that and she only had to wait 2 weeks but trust me its worth the wait, especially for a baby budgie!
