Budgie problems?

Question

About a month and a half ago i bought a budgie that was hand reared Eg he was already able to sit on my finger. But recently he has started biting when you put your finger under his chest to get him to sit on his finger. Once you have him on your finger he will bite your finger.

I try not to pull away from him when he bites but is there any other things that i can do that will stop him biting?

iv got the same problem.

but i found it was a bit easier if you just let him go from one finger to the other and if he bites just keep going like he is not even biting. then rub his chest with your tip of your finger and then he should stop. iv had the exact same problem but now my bird is so clever! try it , it should work


do not slap him or carm him in anyway...
