how does the buell compare in speed, handling, knee dragging, comfort, and wheelies ?compared to say a gsxr 1000

You know what a Buell is don't you?   Proof that a "crotch rocket"  screwed a Harley....

Buell or V twin motors are going to give you more low end tq which is better for wheelies and corner carving but you can't beat a inline 4 cycliner bike like a GSXR 1000 which has awesome top end speed. If you want  to look at a better top speed V twin bike look at a used Ducati 996, 998, 999, etc or look at buying the all new Buell big motor bike and I have read that it performs more like a Ducati.
