Buell m2 cyclone owners i have a question?

just bought my first buell m2 its a 99 around 4k miles and i have a few questions first is it normal for his thing to shake so d**n much around 2000rpm after that its smooth also when i start it sometimes it backfires it also makes a clunk when i first push the start button but only when its warm

Buells shake...it's their nature. They also back fire sometimes...no big deal. The clunk may be something you want to check out.

eric buell can only do so much with a harley engine, even after he goes over it with his performance enhancements, it's still shotty engineering from the start...
