 that right there sir, is a Proffesional level horn that can stand up to some 3000 $ bachs today, if it was treated with great respect and care with previous owners. sending it to a technician to finish up a few repairs (if needed) would make it sound at its best. selling it on ebay would only get you 100-500 dollars depending the condition though
