Bug bite ? +read detail?

Yesterday I noticed a mosquito bite on my finger and it was itchy but eventually stopped itching. Then this morning my finger is itchy again and now its a bit puffy by where the bite was. is that normal?

That's pretty normal.  Try not to scratch it and it will go away faster.  You can put aloe or calamine lotion on it to help (or even just wash it with soap and water).
