Bugs in dove feathers?

Ya my dove has some sort of bugs on him they are 3mm in length brown and skinny. and I want to kill them as it bugs my dove and because of that my dove coo's 24/7. Its a ringneck dove.

Possibly some sort of tick or mite?  Call a feed store, vet, or someone who knows doves.  Good luck.

Those would be feather mites, and no wonder your dove is cooing all the time, he must be very itchy. Most pet stores carry products that kill feather mites, just ask an employee at your local pet store and I'm sure they'll show you right where to look.
