Build A Bear Certificate?

I was on this website for build a bears and it said I needed a certificate but I lost mine and I already made a little account thing on the web site so please help!

YOUR SUPPOSED TO GO TO YOUR NEAREST BABW AND TELL THEM THAT YOU LOST YOUR CERTIFICATE AND THEY WILL GIVE YOU ANOTHER KEYCODE AND ANOTHER ANIMAL ID

I lost mine to! I have 3 bears i was was going to add them on. I lost mine so i used my brothers codes because he is to young to go on the computer. He only has two though. Don't be tricked when people say go to the workshop for one! Even if you go on the machine thing without asking when you get you certificate you will be asked to show your new bear or a recept.
