They have to be able to co-exist, and any players on the bench have to be players that will ACCEPT coming off the bench, so no kobe on the bench guys lol....and they should also be championship caliber

Mine would be:

C - Oden

PF - KG

SF - Prince

SG - Kobe

PG - Hinrich

Bench

C - Mourning (IF he can play like he did win miami won, he's perfect)

PF- AK47 - (Can accept bench play with KG starting, Can Play SF/PF)

SF - Battier

SG - Raja Bell

PG - Rondo

Last two

Keyon Dooling and Kurt Thomas would round out my team

  1. PG - Chris Paul (averaged around 3 steals a game last season)

SG - Kobe Bryant (one of the best on the ball defenders in the league)

SF - Bruce Bowen (need a defensive specialist to balance out all the scorers in the starting lineup)

PF - Kevin Garnett (reason why Boston went from the worst in defense one season to the best defensive team in the NBA)

C - Marcus Camby (2007 defensive player of the year)

    Bench

PG - Rajon Rondo (a very important defensive piece of Boston's championship run)

SG - James Posey (helped the Celtics contain Kobe in the Finals)

SF - Shane Battier (an garbage man and an underrated defender who is willing to take a backseat for the good of the team)

SF / PF - Paul Millsap (an athletic swingmen shotblocker)

PF - Ben Wallace (may be past his prime but still has enough D in him to be effective)

PF / C - Alonzo Mourning (still one of the games greatest shotblockers)

C - Dikembe Mutombo (40 year old still has a lot of tenacity in him to be a reliable defensive presence on the court)

  2. starters

    PG:JASON KIDD

    SG:DWADE

    SF:TAYSHAUN PRINCE

    PF:TIM DUNCAN

    C:DWIGHT HOWARD

    BENCH

    PG:RONDO

    SG:RONNIE BREWER

    SF:BRUCE BOWEN

    PF:SHANE BATTIER

    C:ALONZO MOURNING

  3. C: M. Camby

    PF: K. Garnett

    SF: Tayshaun Prince

    SG: Kobe Bryant

    PG: C. Paul

    Bench:

    R. Rondo

    B. Bowen

    A. Mourning

    J. Posey

    A. Varejao

    Delonte West

You can't have Kobe and Raja Bell in one team when they hate each other.

  4. C - Dwight Howard

    PF- KG

    SF - Lebron

    SG - Kobe

    PG - CP3

    C - MArcus Camby

    PF - Jermaine O'neal

    SF - Bruce Bowen

    SG - Raja Bell

    PG - Rajan Rondo

  5. C - Ben Wallace

    PF - Tim Duncan

    SF - Shawn Marion

    SG - Manu Ginobili

    PG - Chris Paul

    C - Marcus Camby

    PF - Jermaine O'neal

    SF - Andrei Kirilenko

    SG - Bonzi Wells

    PG - Jason Kidd

    Bruce Bowen, Shane Battier

  6. Starting five:

    C Kevin Garnett

    PF Tim Duncan

    SF Bruce Bowen

    SG Raja Bell

    PG  Devin Harris

    Bench

    C Tyson Chnadler

    PF Rasheed Wallace

    SF Ron Artest

    SG Tyshaun Prince

    PG Baron Davis

    C Greg Oden

    SF Andrei Kirilenko

  7. Most of the answers are pretty good, so I would just point out the ones I think are inaccurate. If you're going to put Kevin Garnett at C, you might as well put Kobe at SF so you can have Battier at SG and have Ginobili at PF.

KG isn't a Center. He might play there sometimes, but he isn't a Center and neither is Tim Duncan.

I think it sort of defeats the purpose of this list to make huge reaches. You're dead-on with a guy like Oden because of the position. I'd personally take Camby, but even I would admit that like Ratliff, I like a slightly bigger guy in the middle.

  8. C - Tim Duncan

    PF - Kevin Garnett

    SF - Josh Smith

    SG - Dwyane Wade

    PG - Chris Paul

    Bench:

    C -Greg Oden

    PF- Emeka Okafor

    SF - Andrei Kirilenko

    SF - Bruce Bowen

    PG - Keyon Dooling

Rounding up my selection would be:

    Kurt Thomas and Raja Bell

    Hope this helps.

  9. I'll try to be as realistic as possible.

    PG - Jason Kidd.

    SG - Bruce Bowen.

    SF - Shawn Marion.

    PF - Kevin Garnett.

    C - Marcus Camby.

    Bench -

    Dikembe Mutombo.

    Bruce Bowen.

    Raja Bell.

    Ben Wallace.

    Shane Battier.

    Etc.

  10. Center -  dwight howard is a monster !!!

    Power Foward -  tim duncan

    Small Foward - shawn marion

    Shooting Guard - def. kobe

Point Guard- steve nash-  has quick hands !!

    --------------------------------------...

    Center - mutumbo

    Power Foward - kevin garnet

    Small Foward- tayshawn prinice

    Shooting Guard - D wade

    Point Guard - Allen Iverson

  11. C - Marcus Camby

    PF - Kevin Garnett

    SF - Tayshaun Prince

    SG - Kobe Bryant

    PG - Delonte West

    Bench

    C - Theo Ratliff

    PF - Jason Maxiell

    SF - Shane Battier

    SG - Raja Bell

    PG - Devin Harris

    Last Two

    Dikembe Mutombo and Quinton Ross

That team could go deep into the playoffs, and the ego level should be ok

  12. C - Camby

    PF - Duncan

    SF - Garnett

    SG - Ron Artest

    PG - Jason Kidd

    Bench

    SG - Bruce Bowen

    SF - Tayshaun Prince

    PG - Derek Fisher

    PF - Andrei Kirilenko

    C - Antonio Mcdyess

    Other two

    Shane Battier and Samuel Dalembert

    P.S

I wouldn't mind trading in Chauncey Billups for Kidd's place but this should suffice (but I won't add Chauncey as I know he isn't a bench player)

  13. They have to be able to co-exist, and any players on the bench have to be players that will ACCEPT coming off the bench...wow those are really tough conditions lol

    anyway, here goes...
