i lost mine. can someone please help me i need the code for a bear online at buildabearville.com

if you actually have the bear you can just bring it into the store, When they make it for you they place a tag in it that has a barcode on it incase it ever gets lost. All the info you put on the computer making the birth certificate is stored with the barcode. If you take the bear to them they can open it, get the barcode and let you get a copy of the BC. ( they will sew the bear back together for you and everything )
