Okay so I was in the build a bear workshop today and I made a hello kitty build a bear and I got her little birth certificate and the ladies told me I could register her on the website. The animal ID and key code are both on the certificate and when I try to register her online it says ''Invalid combination of ID/Key Code.'' I have entered the codes like over ten times and it still says this.. I was just wondering why this is? Do I maybe have to wait a few days for it to work?

  1. TRY REWRITING IT OR WRITE IT AGAIN. MAKE SURE THE CODE IS RIGHT. IF YOU WANT GIVE ME THE CODE EMAIL IT TO ME AT slwmrpiotrowski@yahoo.com AND I CAN TRY. MY SISTERS DIDNT WORK BUT I GOT IT TO WORK.


  2. Did you get the tropical hello kitty? if you did, that is not supposed to be out until 5/30, so that could be your problem.

    As of right now, hello kitty is not a furry friend choice in the game. If you enter the code, you will have to choose a different animal. They could be adding HK to the game on a future update. They normally update on Tuesday Night/Wednesday Morning.

    You can also go back down to the store and print out a new birth certificate. Take your original one with you and tell them that it didn;t work and you want a new code. Or you can call them and tell them what happened and ask if they can reprint your birth certificate for you. They will sometime do this is they are really nice and are not busy. So call during a not busy time Monday -Thursday or friday mornings. Don;t call on weekends, cuz they are really busy and probably won't so that.

    You can also get a welcome pass, however with those animals you do not get their special items like you do when you purchase an animal and enter the numbers on the birth certificate.

  3. You could go back to the store and get a pamphlet that has a code in it and you can enter up to 5 animals. I got 2 on Saturday! They are Free!

  4. you could go back to the store and ask whats wrong or if your lazy like me just forget about it. idk you could do either.

  5. Could be a server error, maybe the information needs to be entered before the codes will be recognised, although I assume with EPOS that it would be unlocked immediately after the sale is processed....probably a server-side error
