go to the town square and enter the main building. click on the bear behind the desk. a list will pop up, select enter webcode for free gift

Go to Town Square then got to The Buildabear workshop. CLick the bear at the counter.

i think you go to eather the bear clothes store or the workshop and you have to click on the counter
