Build a retaining wall around basement window well?

i am in a rental property and the landlord is not responding well enought. every rain, i get flooding from the basement well. i wnat to build a wall as a temporary relief. how can i do it at least cost.

Wow, doesnt sound good. Without  knowing where water comes in, top, bottom, throughwall, window and so on it is very tough to understand your best option.

I can say you need to stop so much water from getting to that area. build up the ground, add a gutter or maybe you have gutters but they arent working. Point being, make sure water is flowing away from the well.

you might be able to dig out the bottom of the well and fill with large gravel.
