Build an aviary in my backyard?

can someone help me build an aviary for my parakeets. What would I need-I want to build one to put in my yard

Hi,

It depends where you are i know in the uk you can buy already made aviary panels which you just s***w together and so the aviary is constructed

But the cheaper option is to just buy some framing and then build the panels yourself..

There really isn't any way to help you without knowing what type of aviary you want to build (suspended, or full walk in free flight aviary or other), what size you want, where you are - to factor in things like wind / heat / cold control, what the purpose is (breeding or just as a flight for your birds) and what type of budget you are working with.

If you search "free aviary instructions" you will find endless sites with great ideas, break downs of materials needed and approx. costs to build them.
