Build my own miniature boat?

Question

i have to build a boat for a class... not like a model just out of like pop cans or plastic or styraphome or something.. i need to build it fast and it needs to be powered by some kind of enegy like baloons or baking soda and vinager. i have no ideas and its a big project so basically i am skrewed..

please help
