Build rickshaw/taxi fare meter?

Question

Does anyone in here know how to build digital fare meters for auto rickshaws/ taxis?I would like to have an improvised fare meter built, and am willing to pay for the same.

I personaly cant build one and dont have the time for that either, so looking for someone who can.

Depending on which country you wish to use it, you may find that is needs to be an approved design (so as to be fiddle-free)

You could always buy a second hand one but if you want to "improvise" the charging structure, I am guessing it would then become an unapproved unit.

You can talk to an engineer working in PRICOL coimbatore, they are making it for auto and taxis
