Buildabear ville???????

Question

Ok when you go to the library at build a bear ville it will let you take a quest.( the lepard will say jungle ruins or the ancient one ) but when ever i click on him he says i hope your enjoying all the fetures our library has to offer. I adopted a pet with a welcome pass and quit every quest but it still wont let me! what do i do?
