Builder foreclosed and HVAC not installed?

I am buying a foreclosed home that was not not completely finished. The HVAC units were never intstalled but the ducts were (someone stole the copper pipes) how much will a duel unit cost to be installed.

  1. U never mentioned how big is the house.  Say u got a 2000sq ft house....u need a 5 ton.  ur talking about  $8,000. + completely new.
