Should I run slower for longer or faster for less time?

  1. Start Slowly for a short time and stop when you get tired.

    Stamina takes time.

    When I started running, I would run and walk and run and walk some more. Remember if you start from home you have to get back there too. Find music to run to with varying paces and be patient as your stamina builds.

  3. Run both. Slower for longer then faster for shorter. It helps to tone your muscles and built stamina.
