Building a Spellcaster deck?

I'm currently building a spellcaster Yu-Gi-Oh! deck for tournament play.

Old Vindictive Magician, Sangan, Magician's Valkyria x 3, Sasuke Samurai, Skilled Dark Magician x 3, Ancient Lamp, Chaos Command Magician, Injection Fairy Lily, Winged Kuriboh x 3, Marshmallon, Dark Magician x 2, White magician Pikeru and Dark Magician Girl

Trap:

Draining Shield, Mirror Force, Magic Cylinder, Waboku, Sakuretsu Armor x 2, Dust Tornado, Bottomless Trap Hole, Magician's Circle,Torrential Tribute, Raigeki Break, and Threatening Roar

Spell:

Heavy Storm, Diffusion Wave Motion, Cost Down, Brain Control, Premature Burial, Axe of Despair, Monster Reborn, Lightning Vortex, Nobleman of Crossout, Sage's Stone, Mystical Space Typhoon, Mage Power, Swords od revealing Light, Double Spell, Scapegoat, and Yami

Magical Exemplar is a must for all spellcaster decks, as she can special summon any spellcaster from your hand or graveyard by removing spell counters (which are very easy to place on her by her effect).

Dark Magician of Chaos is another must have as he will allow you to recover a spell card from your graveyard when he is summoned (If you summon him using Magical Dimension, you must use his effect instead of MDs destruction effect or else he will miss his timing).
