Building a loft bed for a full size mattress?

Question

I'm looking to build a loft bed for myself. Unfortunately I can't find suitable plans anywhere. I wish to build it for a full size mattress also, so would prefer the directions pertained to a full size loft. Also I should say I'm looking for free plans.

My bro-in-law built one and it was pretty simple to do with using 3 or 4  4x4's and (2)  1/2in sheets of plywood. You'll also need a couple of 2x4's to attach to the sides of 2 walls. The pic on the second site shows the ladder built in but my bro-in-law built one that extends out from the bed. It looks like the wooden ladder that comes with bunk beds.
