Building a model skyscraper outside

Question

I am trying to build a models of the twin towers which would be about 4 meters (13 feet) tall. It would be exactly like the original towers, and will even have lights in it so at night when you go outside and look across my large swimming pond you can see them as if you were looking at lower Manhattan from a boat before 9-11.

You think it is possible to do this?

How long would it take?

Which lighting can i use that will NEVER burn out?

Sure, if you have lots and lots of spare time

I suggest using LED lighting, it's low voltage and will last practically forever.
