Building a website and I need help.

Question

I am building a website but I don't want to start from scratch. I need a template that is really cool like the Yahoo homepage one for free and I also need a compatible page editor. Also if I can customize the template a little online before I download it would be great.

When I was looking for good quality free web templates, I found a lot of c**p but I also discovered some real gems... The 'best of the best' are at the source link below.

Take a look, you'll find some really cool templates and themes for all types of sites such as html, css, flash, wordpress, joomla and more.
