What should I use to build up my chest, arms and my abs???

  1. If you don't have access to a gym here are my suggestions...

    For your chest do push-ups....do as many as you can till you can't do anymore! Push ups are also go for your biceps and tricep.

    Also, find a place to do pull ups and chin ups. Pull ups are when your palms are facing away from you, chin ups are when your palms are facing toward you.

    For your abs you can of course do crunches. Also do reverse crunches, which is when you lie down on your back and straighten your legs than bring your knees up to your chest and roll back a little and hold it and then straighten your legs again. This will work your lower and upper abs!
