Built-In Baby Sitter?

My sister, her husband, and their four year old son just moved in with my dad and me. My sister works full-time, but her husband is currently in-between jobs. All day, he sits in their bedroom and plays video games, leaving me to take care of his son. Truth be told, I take care of his son more than he does. I want to talk to him about it, but he's impossible to get on with, and when he hears something he doesn't want to, he acts all victimized. How do I get the message across that I can't take care of his son 24/7 without setting him off?

First talk it over with your dad and let him know what is happening.  If he agrees, talk to your sister and let her handle her hubby.  Good luck!!
