Built in monitor speakers not working!?

I had my headphones plugged into the computer, and when I took them out, no sound came out of the normal built in monitor speakers! What can I do? Help PLEASE!

  3. RePlug it and GotoControl Panel->Sound and Audio Devices

  4. You DID plug the audio cable to the monitor back in didn't you ?

    Without it the monitor plays nothing
