  1. Are you speaking of something like a Cagney scaled live steamer used for amusement parks?  The Strasburg Railroad in Lancaster, PA uses one along several other little parks around the country.

    There used to be a GREAT web site on park trains (parktrains.com), but like a lot of web sites, it got taken down, moved around, etc.  You might want to search the web for "amusement park trains".  Great site.
