Buisness project Walmart vs. everything else?

I'm doing a project about the good things and the bad things about walmart and I need lots of people's help with this.

Do YOU think that walmart is bad for North America??

Walmart's best innovation is their distribution system.  Their cross docking logistics are world class and that is why they have lower prices than anybody.
