Which martial art (Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu or Krav Maga) best fits the paramenters given:

1. An art that primarily keeps you standing up.

2. An art that does not emphasize high kicks.

3. An art that trains with weapons periodically, particularly a knife and a stick. Also gun take-aways.

4. An art that periodically deals with multiple attackers.

5. An art that provides various levels of force as a response. In today's litigious society, a lawsuit is something to be concerned about...

  2. Both arts fit your requirements as to whats best for you then you really need to try both and decide what feels more natural and comfortable for you to implement.

    Krav maga seems to be the more in vogue art at the moment so if that class is nearer and is affordable then try that first but dont get sucked into block bookings ,if possible ask to pay as you attend :)***
