She is not bulimic, she is what is called Purging Anorexic.

If she appears to eat healthily, but then spends time, purging her meals.

Don't confront her or shout at her, persuade her that she needs to speak to somebody about her problem.

She will need to speak to her doctor and her parents.

Show her you are there for her.

and dont tell her to gain weight, she wont like that.

Get the adults involved ASAP. Preferably her parents. Don't worry that she'll be mad at you. Bulimia is an epidemic, and you could really be saving her life.  I've seen too many young girls die from an eating disorder, so please do the right thing. Whether it's anorexia or bulimia, get adult help!  Get her to a regular doctor, weighed in the nude, (they  put rocks in their pockets) and don't let her drink two gallons of water before she goes. The doctor will know the next step.

i am recovering from an eating disorder so i can give u the best advice.

tell her doctor or her mother. the doctor will refere her to a specialm clinic and help her.

she will hate you but after a while she will thank you for saving her life.

what evr you do just be there for her and help her.
