Bulk bill dentist in brisbane / sydney vicinity?

Anyone know of any bulk billing dentists in the brisbane / redcliffe / sunshine coast / gold coast area? Or Sydney? A bit of an emergency as my mom needs to get a crown done and she can't afford the extra $800 when the dentist doesn't bulk bill. thanks.

as far as I know dentists do not bulk bill as their services are not covered under medicare like doctors are.  

Unless you have private health cover that will pay some of your dental bills then you will have to pay for the full service

OR you can enquire at a teaching dental hospital for cheaper services BUT you may have to go on a waiting list.

Ouch!...didn't matter if she was on a pension/concession card because the public dental doesn't have the funding to do crowns.

What she could try is approaching her regular dentist to arrange a payment plan, or get a personal loan.

go to the dental hospital if she has a health care card or a pension card they will look into doing it for free

I believe there is one on Sandgate Road at Clayfield (just north of brisbane)  Why not look in the yellow pages and ring up a few places?
