  1. When you mentioned "Bulkin", I assumed that you wanted to do weight training and you are 14+.

There is a book that is very helpful in "weight training for volleyball". I tried it and saw effects in one week, but you'd need to spend 2-4 months to complete one single "delivered" program. The book would tell you how to train each part of your body, if you really just want to get your "arms" muscled up. You might want to pick some of those that don't really need to put on weight if you are just stretching at home without any equipment available.

You can get the book "The Ultimate Guide To Weight Training For Volleyball" from Amazon for about $12-17 (new). The price has been up and down recently, but $11.53 is probably the lowest I have ever seen.

  2. Bulkin’ up (muscle) quickly is a bad idea, because your body is capable of developing larger and stronger muscles much quicker than it is capable of developing stronger ligaments to pull those muscles, so if you bulk up fast, you'll end up having ligament trouble, and as a result, you won’t able to play till you’re better (months).

So by all means bulk up the muscles, but don't do it too fast.

Probably not what you wanted to hear, but…

  3. Ok, just to get things strait, you don't need to "bulk up", you need to be stronger. There is a difference.

I would recommend strengthening your triceps. You can do tricep dips.
