Bulking up leg, FAST?

i play soccer and like to run alot, but i want to get faster so what can i do to bulk up my legs to make them stronger? and if they are more larger will i run faster if i jog alot? also should i eat more to gain weight an then convert into muscle? i'm kinda skinny...

  1. squats

    calf ups where you put weight on your back as if your going to do squats but lift up your heel and stand on your tippie toes and do numerous reps it really builds up your calves

    played soccer all my life

    pretty much if you're looking for a better kick you gotta do this workout...

    If theres a wall that you can kick the ball against, go to it..

    pass the ball against the wall fast and do about a 10 yard sprint back and forth between passes... It really helps building up muscle.

    It also helps you on the field, so thats a plus too....

    Make sure you have enough protein and carbs :)

  3. bulk and gain as much muscle as possible...and then cut so all that hard earned muscle shows and you look ripped/jacked
