Bulletins not showing up?!?

i've posted like, 3 bulletins and none of them have showed up.

i've waited about 4 hours, but still NONE of my bulletins have shown up.

has this happened to anyone else and how long until i can post again??

what type of bulletin?

i've heard a lot of people asking today why their w***e bulletins werent working....

try just a simple bulletin with the word "test" in it or something like that
