  1. I don't know.  I'm not sure if anyone here is old enough to see both the '60 Celtics and '90 Bulls.  I only see the '90s Bulls so I can't comment and no one should be able to comment either unless they get to watch both teams.

  2. The Celtics would let Michael get his 40 or 50 points and would beat the Bulls easily.

John Havlicek was better than Scottie Pippen.

Sam Jones was sure as h**l better than any shooting guard on the Bulls...

Who's gonna guard Cousy?  If you put Jordan on him, then who's gonna guard Sam Jones?

Who holds the record for most points scored in a Game 7?  Sam Junes, with 47.

Anyone who said Bulls in 7 doesn't know what they're talking about... Bill Russell was 10-0 in game 7s.

Tom Heinson is another HOFer that the Bulls couldn't match up with.

What made the Celtics great was their ability to win games against the very best... their battles with Wilt,  Jerry West & Elgin Baylor,  Oscar Robertson, etc shows that they're not gonna be beaten by a one or two man team, which is exactly what the 90s Bulls were.

The 90s Bulls dominated a league that was weakened by expansion before the league was really ready to expand.

  3. celtics were far better, well not far but deeper

  4. BULLS WERE BETTER

  5. Bulls in 7. in a very very close series...

With MJ making the game winning layup after the almost-steal by Sam Jones and twisting his arm to avoid Bill Russell's block in the last second, with one black eye.

  6. CELTICS ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Bill Russell was a beast center like 10 champion rings. Don Nelson was pretty good and bob cousy was at the end of his career but was still awesome.

                                        CELTICS BABY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  7. Celtics of the 60's had almost a whole team of hall of famers. 8 players scored in double figures. You could take the 8th man on the celtics and he could lead the league in scoring if he was on a scrub team.  Celtics starting five were hall of famers and i believe are all in top 50 greatest of alltime list.

  8. Bill Russells Celtics would kill the Bulls...
