The 33-year-old hit-man has admitted that working along with people who have good sense of humour is easier for him, while adding that the English trainer, who returned to take the reins of the Tukkers halfway through the 2011/12 campaign following the dismissal
of Co Adriaanse, has brilliant sense of humour.
The 51-year-old tactician took over the managerial hot seat at De Grolsch Veste in the summer of 2008 for the first time, and managed to guide the club to its first Eredivisie title during his two years in-charge before leaving to take the reins of http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/VfL-Wolfsburg-c40881
before the start of the 2010/11 season.
“His sense of humour is brilliant, literally turns up in everything. I really do love people like that. With people like that it’s easier to chat, to work. I have a liking for people like that”, Bulykin was quoted as saying to the media.
The former Russian international, who joined the Enschede giants in the summer of 2012 after representing Ajax in 19 league games during his one season stay at Amsterdam Arena, has failed to represent his new club regularly due to injury problems, only making
nine Eredivisie appearances thus far.
However, the veteran talisman has now revealed that he has worked extremely hard in the training sessions to return to full fitness.
“I’m getting into shape slowly, I’ll improve now. The coach believes in me. He was waiting for me to recover”, Bulykin concluded.
The former Bayer Leverkusen striker, who has thus far only netted two goals while wearing the Tukkers colours, would be keen to impress his coach with his performances upfront, and help his side in winning silverware come the end of the season.
