  1. Check out these bath rings on ebay.  They don't make them (like this) anymore so you can only buy them online.  http://baby.search.ebay.com/bath-ring_Ba...

  2. You can buy bumbo's in the uk, most kiddy shops do them, and yes you can buy similar things for in the bath.

You could put a bumbo in the bath they are waterproof, but you would have to have the bath quite deep, and you wouldn't be able to wash all of the baby.

Try Kiddiecare and search for bath and see what you get.

  3. http://www.kiddicare.com/webapp/wcs/stor...

I've got one of these, which you can get from kiddicare online or big Tesco's usually sell them too.

  4. Hmmm... Ive seen alot of bumbo things. Not any for bath. Good idea though!

  5. You can get proper bath seats in mothercare quite reasonable price to go in the big baths.

  6. Whats a bumbo never heard of them before

What morons gave me the thumbs down for asking what a bumbo was, pricks

  7. yeah, I got a bath seat for my LO, it hooks on the the side of the tub. I love it!!

this isnt the one I have but its similar

  8. I personaly wouldn't...it says on the package not to do that and it has a greater risk of tipping over in water because it floats. There are other alternatives out there for the tub..here is a web site with pics to show what's out there...:)

  9. I am not sure if you can purchase a Bumbo in the UK (I am not from there), but I have a Bumbo and love it.  I also use mine in the bathtub.

It says not to, but it also says not to leave the baby in it on an elevated surface-of course, that is common sense and so long as you properly supervise the baby, there will be no problem.  It does NOT float-it actually gets quite heavy when wet.

I have NEVER found an infant bathtub that I like, and that is ohw I came to use the Bumbo in our bathtub.  I can have a lot more fun with my daughter when we are in the tub, if I do not have to hold her and can instead interact with her (splashing, playing with toys, etc) and it is easier to wash her, because I have both hands available and do not have to worry about her slipping.

Just my personal opinion...of course, do not leave the baby in the bathtub ALONE.
