Bump on Chameleons nose... what could it be?

its getting bigger not daily but weekly it gets bigger, it almost looks like a pimple but no sure what it could be...any ideas?

Most likely an abscess from an infection.   They can also have tumors. You really should take him to an experienced herp vet.

It could be several things. Does your Chameleon rub his head against the enclosure? How old and what kind of chameleon is it? It's hard to assume what the bump could be without a picture. It could be nothing or it could be a serious problem, so just incase you should consider taking him to the vet for a check up.
